Hoosick Falls Health Center Foundation :: Overview

The Hoosick Falls Health Center Foundation was founded in 1992 for the sole purpose of raising alternative funding for the not-for-profit Hoosick Falls Health Center. 

All fundraising activities for the Health Center will be funneled through the Foundation. We will be looking to people like you to support the amazing work of the Health Center staff to provide a quality environment that encourages individual attention, rehabilitation, maximizes potential and induces social exchange. Our staff makes every effort to make this a home and a family for our residents. Your gifts to the Foundation may be made in the following ways.

Memorial contributions to memorialize a loved one or honor a special occasion;
Annual Fund Gifts for the purchase of specific items for the residents;
Capital Campaign gifts to build or make major purchases and;
Planned Gifts to build an endowment to assure that, no matter what happens in the world around us, it is possible for the Health Center to remain state of the art and a wonderful place for your loved ones to live on a short or long-term basis. This will assure that the Health Center will be robust well into the Twenty-first Century.
